Our Process. Your Success.

College athletic recruiting is a complex process filled with different rules to navigate. On top of this, no athlete’s recruiting process looks the same - timelines are different depending on your sport, division level, college and program.

Below, we have broken it down into the four major milestones you will reach on your journey to help you gain a better understanding.

Step One:
Profiling

Gathering all relevant information to create a professional and personalised profile.

Step Two:
Contact

Sending out your profile to coaches after conducting a tailored college search targeting divisions and schools that best match the athlete’s profile.

Step Three: Commitment

Verbal offers will be made with deadlines to commit. Thoroughly analysing your offers to make sure it is a suitable fit will take place here.

Step Four:
Admissions

Signing your national letter of intent, organising visas, your I20 and arranging class schedules.

I’ve been admitted. Now what?

Congratulations….This is such an exciting time! Your journey has just begun and now the onus is on you to ensure you’re doing everything you can to be prepared and remain eligible.

Below are some things to keep in mind.

1) Keep competing - Coaches still take an active interest in your ranking / results which can help determine if you play on the team and/or your position.

2) Maintain your physical fitness – The US College Sports system places an emphasis on strength and conditioning. Train hard before you head over to ensure you are safe from injuries and are in your best shape for the season.

3) Social media image – By this stage you may have graduated from high school and different opportunities to celebrate may arise. Coaches and colleges track student-athletes social media pages, and there are rules that you have to follow. Keep your celebrations private and keep your social media postings sports orientated. Remember, this is a job. You are signing a professional contract.
